Telemedicine Appointments
We offer telemedicine visits via Facetime through the AthenaOne App for iPhone users or through doxy.me for Android/PC/Mac users.Please notify the receptionist which option best suits your family's needs upon scheduling your child's appointment. Keep in mind, your child will need to be present during the visit.
iPhone Users
For iPhone users, the provider will call you via Facetime at your appointment time.
Doxy.me Users
For doxy.me users, please login by clicking the coordinating link below that matches the provider your appointment is scheduled with.
After clicking the link, enter your child's first name and first initial of last name. You will then be placed in a virtual waiting room until your selected provider is ready for the appointment.

Cancellation and rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. This will allow us to offer the slot to another family in need.
Payment and insurance
We accept most major insurance plans. Please have your insurance information ready when you arrive for your child's appointment.
